Move-out checklist
How to prepare for an upcoming move-out
Planning
You are required to vacate your studio 7 days before the end of your contract date, no later than 11.00 on the arranged move-out day with the Center Manager.
You will need to email the pulse@pulseliving.dk address to schedule your move out date no later than 4 weeks before the end date of your contract.
A move-out appointment is approximately 15-30 minutes.

Your room must be left in a neat and tidy condition at the time of the appointment. This means that you should:
Please note that in addition, a mandatory fee of DKK 975 for professional basic cleaning will be charged for all move-outs. This ensures all new tenants have a clean room to welcome them.
If the room is not cleaned at all (checklist above is not complete), a professional deep cleaning fee of DKK 1,950 will be charged.
Please note that a mandatory fixed fee of DKK 3,000 for painting the room, will be charged for all move-outs.
There is a strict no smoking policy at Pulse locations therefore: if you smoke in your room, this will result in losing your full deposit.
